Physical Performance Training
Phil is a performance trainer for athletes and owner of Swish Fitness @swishfitnessuk.
He works with national and international athletes across a wide range of sports. He also has PT clients and maintains a strong focus on their overall wellbeing alongside the client's own goals.
Phil is a member of the Great Britain's FIMBA O50's basketball team, a keen track runner and fitness obsessive.

Barney loves getting dirty on obstacle courses. Owner of B & B Property Maintenance with his wife, covering all aspects of roofing, building and exterior cleaning. Know to throw a few bricks on the court as well as on site. 🤣
